Four hours of focused artistry, built around your vision. Ideal for medium-sized pieces, ongoing work, or adding depth and detail to your existing ink. This half-day session gives us the time to slow down and do things properly—no rushing, no filler. Just a calm, private studio space and your story being brought to life through the needle.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Arcane Ink. Our studio is a private, professional, and creative space, and to protect the experience for everyone, we ask all clients to read and agree to the following terms before attending their appointment. 1. Booking & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. This includes rescheduling within this window. Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 7 days' notice may be eligible to transfer the deposit to a new date at the artist’s discretion. 2. Age & Identification You must be 18 years old or over to be tattooed. Valid UK ID is required on the day, no exceptions. If you appear clearly over 25, ID may not be requested — but if you’re on the younger side, bring it. Better safe than sorry. Failure to provide ID will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit. 3. Artist’s Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to cancel your booking or retain your deposit if you fail to meet these terms. Clients arriving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be tattooed, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please do not consume alcohol within 24 hours before your session. Do not arrive pre-applied with numbing cream unless agreed beforehand. It can cause skin reactions, affect the tattoo outcome, and your artist has the full right to refuse service without refund. 4. Health & Safety Please review and complete the medical form sent in your booking email. If you have any health conditions, are on medication, or have concerns, please discuss them before the session. 5. Studio Rules Children are not permitted to remain in the studio due to health and safety concerns. Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs, who must remain in the reception area and away from the tattoo area. No smoking or vaping on studio premises, including the doorway. Please respect the space. No unsolicited recording, photography, or video is allowed to protect client and artist confidentiality. Do not touch studio props, especially replica weapons or model guns. Seriously. Just don’t. Be respectful to the artist, the space, and each other. 6. Guests You may bring a maximum of 2 guests.
